Bike-a-thon

We had a St. Jude's Trike-a-thon at our daycare/preschool last week and it was so much fun. I asked my mom if I could empty my piggy bank (big pink pig with a tiara and a tutu) and give all of the money to the sick kids. Mom smiled and said "what a great idea!" We counted it and I learned about the value of those little coins. It totalled up to $15.48 and Daddy said that he would match
that amount for the sick kids. We all got on our bikes and rode around the course that was right outside our daycare/preschool in the parking lot. Parents and friends came to watch and we rode round and round. Mommy even went and got Peyton for a little while from the toddler group so he could bike for the sick kids, too.
It was really neat and I hope that our money helps the sick kids.
