This weekend I had my first ever dance recital and I tell you what...I LOVED IT!!!
I did two dances both Friday and Saturday night and the Grand Finale as well. I danced Tap in my outfit with the feather boa on my backside to "A You're Adorable." I danced Ballet in my black and blue sequin tutu to "Stay Awake." From what I hear, I did a great job. Mom has been telling her (& mine) family and friends that when she gets the DVD she will show you the show. The shows started at 7:00 pm and went really late so I got a little tired when it was all down. Looking cute is so much fun...but a little exhausting. I would like to send out a little thank you to all my Grandparents whom came and watched me & aunt K. I loved having all of you there. I would like to thank my Daddy for all his help, packing my lunch snacks, smiles and hugs. I want to thank my Mommy for not only sharing her "Mother' s Day" weekend with me in the spot light but also for getting all my dance stuff ready, doing my make-up and hair, her pep talks, smiles and hugs.
I think dancing will definitely be in my future!
