Happy Easter!

We know it has been a while so we thought we would catch you up.

Life in our family has been really fun lately! Last weekend, bub went to his first "friend" birthday party. Mom took him and he was so excited to celebrate with his best buddy from daycare. Bub thinks it is really cool that he and his buddy have the same birthday month.

Next we got to celebrate St. Patrick's day at daycare/preschool. We dressed head to toe in green. Bub even wore his "my lucky shirt" t-shirt. We LOVE holidays.

This weekend we went up to G & G M's to celebrate Easter. Saturday we went to G & G T's work and visited with them for a while. It is fun going there because we love looking in all of the RV campers and motor homes. People in this state love to camp. In the afternoon, we went back over to G & G M's and went outside and built the biggest best snowman and snowlady (a mom and dad). We couldn't believe how sticky the snow was...it was perfect! We played and played the day away and climbed in to bed exhausted. Sunday we went to sunrise service and then enjoyed a big pancake breakfast at church. When we got back home the Easter bunny had stopped by (bummed we missed seeing it) and left us baskets. Thank you Easter bunny! G made a wonderful big feast and again we played the afternoon away out in the snow.

Mom was disappointed that she forgot her camera at home for the weekend. However, we will leave you with these thoughts to imagine your own pictures...
  • Punk & Bub hiding in the closets in the campers.
  • Punk & Bub climbing on the bunk beds in the campers.
  • Punk rolling a huge ball of snow for a snow man, bigger and bigger to the point that it was too heavy to push any further.
  • Mommy, Punk & Bub decorating the snowman and snowlady with carrots, buttons, sticks, mittens, scarves, hats and an apron.
  • Bub hugging the snowman and taking big bites of snow right out of his tummy.
  • Punk & Bub in their adorable Easter clothes.
  • Punk & Bub searching for the baskets
  • and so on and so on...next time we won't forget the camera
HAPPY EASTER
